Is there a minimum post requirement before being allowed to send and receive PM's?

I also couldn't find a general q&a section for the forum rules/guidelines.
Any help appreciated.

You have to have a certain number of posts if i recall correctly.

 

its 20 or 30 and once member over 24 hours- you can also post to black market sales

Its to prevent spammers from clogging the site

 

You can't send or receive PM's until you get 5 posts and have at least one day in the forum. When you get your 5th post, and it's at least your second day here, give the computer time to update, then check your profile under "Contact Info" and it should say "Send a private message to (your user name)", and then you can do PM's.

 

I deleted your other thread since you have not yet met the requirements in Paragraph A below. When you have met the requirements you may resubmit your thread. The thread started out with a question but turned into a sale thread, which is why I had to delete it completely.

Sorry to have to do that, but those are the rules. Please do not attempt to sell anything until you have met the requirements.

A. New members may not post anything for sale until they have been a registered member for thirty (30) days and have 15 posts. They may respond to other threads if they wish, and make purchases, but do not mention any items for sale when posting in other threads.

Members are cautioned not to post just for the sake of getting your required number of posts.
