Me, me, me!!!!
My 07 TL-S was $21,995. I paid just under 24k out the door. It has slightly high mileage (bought it with 46k) for the year but is in near mint condition and runs great. It's a Honda product so mileage doesn't worry me.

I bought my 2004 Tl in september of 2009, with 75,000 miles off the orginal private owner. It's black on black with navi,6 speed, full a-spec kit and a-spec rims with original rim's included as well an extened warranty and lojack for $14,500. Car is in minty condition besided one little tear in the rear seat and led lights out in steering wheel (common probelm in TL). Hope that helps.

'05 6MT w/ Navi, 52.7k miles, bone stock, excellent condition, clear title/carfax...$17.2k
I suck at negotiating, but I did at least two months of shopping and by my estimations, I paid below fair-market price. NADA, Edmunds, KBB, etc. support that as well.

06 TL with Navi for 11,900 in November. Has high miles 142k. looks new inside and out, all service history, and recently had the timing belt and water pump done at the Acura Dealer. Ive been happy so far.

That's not that bad, I picked mine up almost 2 years ago, same year, same mileage for $25.5 out the door. Now you can get them cheaper because they're all coming off lease, but that's not bad considering you pretty much can't find any other make of car for that cheap with the kind of included features you find in a TL-S.

Make sure they know that you want it @ your out the door price range and keep pushing for your price. For private dealer, the person that was selling the car I purchased was posted for 30 on craigs and I just got em down to 28.5 but it took me like about 4 days to get it because of negotiation and waiting.
When trying to bargain or just purchasing anything from anywhere, you want to take control of the situation. Salesman like myself *lol not cars sorry ^^ used to sell LCDs and Plasmas, but moved on to T-Mobile ^^*are trained to take control so we can dominate the situation and have you or the customer agree with everything we say lol. When you talk to a salesman or a private owner, look at the car and tell em " I want it for XX,XXX amount", check on KBB first, then try 1.5K less than what they want it for. They say no (haha usually so they dont look desperate), you say "call me when you get an answer" and you wait it out. You can even mention you have another car locally to check out to make the guy anxious to sell HIS or HER car My guy called back in the quickness Lol..but it just took a couple days for the credit union to process everything. JEEZ i wrote a lot... sorry (: hope that helped ^^

I didn't get the chance to purchase or even bargain with a TL on craigs selling by a dealer, but if you do find a good priced TL on craigs by a dealer, they usually offer a better price because you found it on craigs. You just simply mention "hey I saw this car on craigs." For my bargaining @ the dealership, I just told the salesman and his boss "hey I'm trying to get aTLS for 30K out the door" which means you gotta be around 27K-ish before taxes? Best I got was 31K for an 07 TLS 10892 miles. They'll work with you because nobody is buying in this economy anyways -_- <-- that line worked for me too lol

Traded one of my trucks for mine. Got rid of a 99 Ford F250 Diesel with 220k for the car. The car was valued 5k more than my truck was valued. Got the car I have always wanted. Once I get it how I want it Ill finish building this motor sitting in my garage for my new truck...
