I did mine on the dining room table. Just sealed them back up last night; putting them back together was ten times easier than getting them apart. I'm running a bead of silicone around the outside tonight to be on the safe side (probably overkill given the amount of silicone in there stock). Installing them Saturday.

Carrie, I know you're looking for pics...I'll see what I can do. I think they came out great; I'm more impressed with them than my taillights.

A couple years ago, there was a major instructional thread with very very detailed pics of the process. I can't find that anywhere. If anyone knows where the link is, I'd appreciate it.

Now I'll go searching for the JNC link.

I know, most people would go home and take some pictures. I said that mainly for Carrie since she's been asking for pictures of my headlights for a while now. Your response wasn't off the wall; I was just messing with you. That said, most people around here know I'm cameraless and lazy. Saying I'm getting to something is almost a joke.

Well Carrie, you won't be seeing any pics of my headlights any time soon. Seems the person who sold them to me misled me as to what year(s) they were for (said '04-'05, but were '06+), so my ballasts won't fit. Since a set of ballasts aren't in the budget, they will be collecting dust for a while. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper at the moment.

Yea...JnC handles business...I got my lights done by him...very pleased with his work...clear corners with LED strip...I had some issues with the reliability issue of the LED strip itself...big headache...I contacted JnC and he told me that he is is no longer offering the LED strip installation as a part of his services due to the reliability problem...sucks tho because they look sick!! Any body else have issues with their LED strip? PM me or something and let me know your problem and what you're thinking about doing because I'm contemplating options
