yes that is not an aspec lip....
i believe this is a sarona body kit....very similar to the aspec, but a little sportier ?

well i know it ain't the 2004-2006 a-spec.. possibly the 2007-2008 base a-spec?? on the guy's page he claims jdm front side and back, but the sides/back look like regular a-spec.

yea the next challenge is finding info on how to get this base 2007-2008 aspec lip to fit on my 2005 tl. I guess switch to a 2007-2008 bumper with headlights then proceed with a-spec lip? Unless there is a quicker way.

Searching will answer your questions.
You need the 07-08 bumper. Best way IMO. You can swap the bumper without the headlights, but you do need the fogs. If you add everything up, your looking at about a grand+, which includes good paint work, and other necessary parts. Depending on your 05 color you might not be able to order it in your color, so you would have to paint match the lip and bumper.
