When will 04 TL show up in WA?

It won't be shown to the public before October 6

i keep getting different storys from the dealers i call around here. I call one dealer and they say they will have the new TL for sale on october 6. Another dealer claims that it won't be out until the 22nd. Whats up with that ? Oh and BTW i'm from the bay area in california
