that's a pretty good guide. i think the only thing they missed was to check to make sure that you're lugs are the correct shape for the wheel (acorn, cone seat etc.).
The first popular mod is tinting! $300 vs $2000!!! Easy pick!
Of course, having said that, I had chrome rims on my car before I tinted it!
However, I already had the rims when I bought the car, so that's why. lol
