My initials are DKN, just a silly thing but a few years ago I came with this.
Decayin sounds like D K N.
Used for screen names and such ever since.
Thinking about using it for a custom plate, not sure yet.

I worked for the Dover Township Public works NJ as a trash/recycling man. Anyways Coca-cola had come out with the "Red Hot Olympic Summer" and started giving away ATM cards from $20-$100 and I would twist off the caps of the Coke bottles before operating the switch to lift the compartments that dumped the recyclables in the belly of the truck. I made around $500 that summer so the guys started calling me cappy and 0521 is the month and day I was born

My Air Force "callsign" or nickname.
Most callsigns are "earned" or "bestowed" by being caught in a "compromising situation" or an "infamous act/event" involving the individual. Some also are a play on your name, i.e. last name of Roundtree: callsign = Squarebush.
or the poor dude who, in a picture from a squadron party, "appeared" to be staring at another squadron mate's butt, hence he earned the callsign "Gayzer".
or last name Johnson, call sign = "Gotno"
or the guy who took two dumps during a single flight. (In a B-52, there is no toilet, just a can you pee in. If the unfortunate occurs, you do it in a garbage bag and tie it up. But the whole crew gets to share in the wonderful aroma). Callsign=Deuce.
I managed to steer clear of "compromising situations" (as far as my squadron mates ever knew ) and personally I was among the many who felt the whole call sign thing was kind of gay anyhow.
Hence my callsign became NoFuckingNickName or NFNN or nf (n squared).
