What's Missing?
Do you have the same thing I have? 
Look down to your mirror controls. On the left is the VSA button. On the right of the mirror controls is a blank space molded to the same size and shape as the VSA button. It even shows up as that in the owner's manual. Any idea what this is for? 
The only thing I can think of is a DRL buttom for our friends north of the border.

Canadian TLs have the same blank space. For Canadian, it would be a good place to put a switch for fog lights. I remember my Prelude had a similar blank spot which was where the OEM fog-light switch went...
Hondas across the board have often left blank spots for after-market use... isn't that nice of them?
