You can buy the cheap TPMS sensors on RockAuto. They work fine. The tires have to be dismounted to install them. If I remember correctly, I paid around $80 shipped for all the sensors and $90 to have them installed and they balanced tires as well. So 170 bucks. I have a seepage issue as well. I don't really call it a leak since it's not dripping on my garage floor. I'm not too worried about it yet. I'm at way less mileage though at 159k. Over 300K that's a tough decision to make... You never know if the transmission or motor is going to go out. And if that does, it's going to cost a ton of money.
Yep, I've bought two sets of Schrader TPMS sensors from RockAuto on closeout for ~$17/each. They work fine.
I have a 2008 TL. It had 16K on it when I bought it. I now have 404K still running strong. Original eng and Trans. My Dash just started to crack last month.

I replaced all the TPMS a couple weeks ago.
They cleaned out the oil on the engine so we can id whats leaking. They think it is the oil pan. I believe I am going to have the timing belt done, reseal the oil pump, oil pan and change the filter gasket. Maybe the vtech solenoid gasket too. They gave me a friendly quote for all of it.
