Whats going on?

So my acura dealer calls me twice because they want me to make an appointment to get the recall problem fixed.
I tell them I am due for service in about a weeks time, and so I make an appointment.
Two days later, they tell me the car is ready. I check the invoice and see the recall problem was not addressed.
They tell me, they have to order the part, and to bring it in next week, they will give me a call, plus a loaner car. I tell them for this mixup, I want to make sure they give me an mdx as a loaner. (Always wanted to give one a day or two test drive)
They promise me, they will accomodate me. Well see.
This is the first time, the dealership has truly let me down.
Off topic. My m35x, continues to run and function with absolutely no complaints, major or minor. I still cant bring myself to love it on an emotional level, but looking at it as a tool, its like one of those often used power tools, that do everything asked of it, with no strain and bother , time after time, and you keep coming back to it.
I took the infiniti g35x, out for a test drive after the big write up by all the mags, and consumer reports, after the remodel. I was overwhelmingly unimpressed. Felt cramped and it actually looks worse then before. For some reason, it kind of looks like some of the old opels, that were made in Germany. Not a great head turner. Im sure its a very good vehicle, and has some improvement over the 1st generation, but I dont think design wise, they made it more attractive.

Much regards to all.
