Whats the Difference? 2004-2006?

I am looking to buy an Acura, either a TL, TSX or a 2003 Type-S A.K.A Type Sexy. I know what are the differences between the 2003 and the rest and the difference between the TL and TSX but i am not sure on the difference between the TL's. Please Help. I use to have the 2003 TL but not the Type-S. So that's why i am even considering it.
