What is your Favorite Mod for the 3G?
So, which mod do you think is the best for the 3G?
Looks wise I like the cleared headlights
Performance wise . .hmmmm . .ASPEC suspension or the AEM CAI

I'm guessing wheels and tires are also a great mod as well.

Any idea on how much an install would be for the Supercharger? On the Comptech website it says 8+ hours.
Does that mean an average person or for a mechanic, b/c for their rear sway bars they say 1.5hrs, but i've read about peeps installing in under half an hour on this site??

I like to whistle in my
iTrader: (7)
i guess it depends on the model..and personal funds
for me, bang for buck
(AT/A-spec).., im thinking the CT RSB/ EBC brake pads
(6MT A-Spec)..probably the CT SS
(6MT)...SS
after you leave the $100 range then the intake
I think our cars look hot stock but i wouldn't be on this site if I didn't want to mod it.
I think CT gives est. times on what even the most inexperience person might take to install. Depends on how well you know your car and how much you work on cars in general

i would figure on about 6 hours... most shops i know of, the labor rate is between 78-100 bucks an hour.... granted, thats around DC so you might find a lower cost... try to find a shop though that has done one of these before and the time will be alot less.... Besides, if your dropping 4k on the supercharger, whats another 500 bucks for the install?

Do you even have to ask?
A-Spec suspension + Comptech RSB. Very functional mods, and in the case of the RSB, a cheap one. The handling change is like night and day. I could care less about power, I want to feel the road, and this combo does that. (sorry, supercharger fans )

CAI and new shoes...IMHO all other mods are cosmetic or in the case of the suspension is relative to where you drive and how you drive but traction and pep with a stick are my choice...( I know a Supercharger would come in handy but for the $$ I'll stick to my choices..)...would adding the Synchro Mesh trans fluid count as a mod..it sure helps with the driving...

Tint The Windshield
Aspec kit or the Navi to DVD converter. Not many people (I'm guessing) would even think to turn the Navi to play DVD's and still have the Navi being fully functional.

My favorite is A-Spec body kit and iPod integration (since those are the only mod I have so far).
