Shouldn't he be on par with a stock 2G TL-S? Maybe mid 14's?

Not from what I have seen. He is a non-type S. Anything can happen though. I would guess 14.9@ best for him.

A fully bolted TL-P would probably equate to a stock TL-S, 2G of course.
