Honda recommends 5W-20 for the TL I personally would stick with that with good oil such as Redline or Amsoil.

Perhaps your valves need adjusting. At that mileage it may.

Already tried to look for redline for my tranny and i haven't see it here(puerto Rico)I've used mobil 1 is the best one I could find I'm leaning to go back to 5w30 but could I harm my motor doing it?changing from 10w30 and 5w29 I think it's to thin

I know I've said this before in some of other 500 threads here about motor oil, but I'm gonna reiterate again.

I'm sure Mobil1 is good oil, but considering the FACT that ExxonMobil made $45 Billion in profits 3 years ago while ripping us off for almost $5/gal at the pump and have been doing it again this year while raking beyond insane profits in the 10's of $BILLIONS in just the 1st quarter alone, and while their gas is conveniently priced 8 to 10¢ a gallon HIGHER than all other brands, I don't think they need any of my money, OR YOURS! There's too many quality alternatives to Mobil1 out there nowadays for us to keep feeding the ExxonMobil hog.

I use NAPA's own brand of 5W-20 synthetic which is Valvoline SynPower with their name on it, about $3 a quart CHEAPER then PigCorporation1.
.
.
My 2¢ .........

Redline is a group V oil with a ester base. I think many of the other synthetics are group III or IV. You're fine running any full synthetic but if you want the higher end formulas, go for Amsoil or Redline.

Your driving and maintenance styles also play a factor. If your driving hard and are anal on car maintenance, go for the best. I don't drive very hard but want the best since I only put on 6-8k miles a year and change the oil less often. I recenlty moved to a 30wt and am happy.
