What type of maintenance to expect after three years?

I believe the factory warranty for the TL is three years. I've been thinking that I should keep my next car for +six years. What type of maintenance should I expect to perform on Acuras, or any car in general? Oil chances, Timing Belt after 60k, tires, brakes?

Scheduled Maintenance:

Oil- Every 6-7K (roughly)
ATF/MTF- Preferably every 30K
Filters (Air & Cabin)- around every 30K
Brakes- Between 60-90K, but YMMV
Tires- ?
Brake Fluid- Every 3 yrs

Timing Belt, Coolant, and Drive Belts around 100K.

That's all for scheduled maintenance.

For items that are "somewhat" scheduled maintenance, I'd expect:

Thermostat- possibly around 100K
All cooling system hoses- possibly around 100K

Around 150-180K, you may be in for an automatic transmission rebuild at a sum of about $3K. (Maybe)

If you are in a 6spd expect your brakes to go out much quicker. I replaced mine with around, oh god, 30k? It Didnt take long for them to go

^- My rear brakes still have a ton of pad left. I assume since they are bembo pads they are more prone to wear. The rotex ones I installed work well and dont seem to be wearing out as fast.

Replaced the front brakes at 30,000 miles ??? Maybe you should look into buying lighter shoes or wear sneakers when you drive....lol. In all my years driving manual transmissions, I have always downshifted to help stop the car so I don't have to pressure the brakes overly hard. Not a severe downshift mind you....just enough. And I think the soonest I had to do front brakes was about 60,000 miles. Of course I was doing more highway driving back then but I have about 24,500 on my car now and don't think I am even close to doing the brakes. I've only had to replace a clutch one time as well....and that was at 85,000 miles. The rest of my cars all went over 100,000 miles with no clutch change.

I know, it seems really soon. Ive never seen brakes wear out this fast before, but from what I've read on this forum it seems that others with the 6spd are finding this to be true as well.
