Don't forget that the 04-06 TL odometers are off by 5%, so you don't reach 105K "actual" miles until the ODO reads 110,250...
All warranties for these model years were extended by 5% per the lawsuit settled with Honda/Acura...

Just pick up an entire kit, they go for about $300.

Have fun! Are you doing a valve adjustment as well?

I would do the cam and front main seals too if you plan on keeping your car. Although it seems that they are more than capable of lasting 105K, who knows if they will all last to 210K. I fear that a lot of members will be putting the 2nd timing belt on early because of some oil leaks.

If you've never done a valve job before, I'd say allow 3-4 hours start to finish if you're doing it all alone. You'll also want to consider replacing the intake manifold gaskets (I totally missed these and didn't order new gaskets. I reused the old gaskets and everything is fine. SM says to replace them...), the valve cover gaskets and spark plug seals (mine were pristine, so I didn't)
