This was brought up recently. Absolutely nothing. Many enthusiasts use that space to put accessible switches for various modifications.

cool this will be useful down the road for sure. I wonder if a switch will mount in the space like the one on the left?

I put my Dom'd DVD switch there using a 2005 Accord fog light switch.
