- Right rear strut
- Battery
- PS whine, fixed by replacing o-ring
- Driver's side rocker panel loose & rattling
- Driver's door seal maladjusted, causing wind noise
- Still have a clicking sound on left side when stopping, starting, and some gear changes... yet to be diagnosed

So far, these are what Ive had to go through:
>recall - power steering pump
>burnt out lights on the following (happened at around 46K):
CRUISE button
CANCEL button
AUTO climate control button on passenger side
PASSENGER AIRBAG light
seat heater light, driver side
>OEM battery replaced twice by Acura (one a no-start, one they did while inspecting the car after the tranny drain/refill)
>front passenger seat heater replacement
>front left and front right bushings replaced due to minor cracks, no effect on driveability though. just noticed them when I changed my oil (around 46K)
all done under warranty. nothing serious enough that it affected how I drive the car. only things done/replaced non-warranty covered were the usual wear and tear items like:
>did transmission drain/refill at 30K
>replaced transmission 3rd gear/4th gear pressure switches around 33K
>replaced cabin filter around 33K
>replaced engine air filter 2x - once with OEM paper filter at 20K, second with K&N air filter at 30K
>OEM wheels replaced around 26K = replaced with Evo BBS forged wheels
>OEM tires replaced around 44K = replaced with Sumitomo HTR ZIII summer tires
>OEM front brakes replaced around 46K = replaced with new OEM rotors and pads
overall not bad, considering its practically been headache-free.

So far, at 91,000 the only things I have done besides routine maintenence like oil changes, air filters, and trans fluid is:
Headlight at 90,000
OEM battery somewhere around 1.5 years and 30,000 miles.
Tires somewhere around 55,000.
That's all it's ever needed that I HAD to replace.
Brakes were done but only because I wanted the BBK. The stock pads looked almost new at 89,000.
Koni Yellows around 40K. It didn't need new shocks but they were beginning to soften up a little and I wanted to upgrade.

Just had the inside front passenger door handle replaced. The chrome on it was 'bubbleing'. I ordered the part from the dealership and went yesterday to get it installed. Also negoiated a oil change for $25 (they wanted $40, and it kept me from doing it).
After about 20 min of being there, service mgr found me on the lot asked if I had already paid for the part. Told me the part was covered under warranty so was the labor and they would be refunding what was left after the oil change.
Thought that was very cool, considering they could have just screwed me and charged me for everything.

Keep Right Except to Pass
2004 TL currently has about 63,000 miles on it (I work from the home office right now, so my driving has dropped off precipitously....I've gone barely 2,000 miles so far this year).
Whatever recalls there have been on the car have been done. (Power steering feed hose; wiper motor; I think these are the only two)
Beyond that, I've had the horn (both drivers) replaced twice. For some reason the low horn driver has crapped out on me twice and they've replaced both drivers both times, first time under the factory warranty and the second time under an extended warranty.
Power steering pump was replaced under extended warranty in December 2008 because it was making a very strange noise every time I started the car, although the noise usually went away when it warmed up.
It's not really a repair, but I'm on my third set of tyres and I've replaced the front brake pads twice and the rotors once (the car is a 6MT). Both bumpers have been replaced due to dumbshits running into me (thankfully no serious damage in either case).

i have an 05 MT and i have just under 50K
-PS recall
-Wiper motor recall
-might be another recall ( i can't remember)
-battery under warranty after 2 1/2 yrs
-soon to be fixed front axle (wearing CV joints on both sides) to be hopefully covered by geico MBI. not sure why they are worn so prematurely, but they are definitely going.
-front brake pads replaced around 30K (worn and the brake dust was absolutely driving me crazy).
that's the major stuff...

Only problems or recalls I had prior to 100K were:
- Bluetooth sounded crackly, mic replaced under warranty around 40k.
- Battery replaced around 60k (not covered by warranty).
- Recall: windshield wiper motor (and I think there was something else they did too.)
I feel like I paid for the 100K AcuraCare for no reason. I never used it!
