Basically going to buy a CAI and I get these HIDS for free. Which one do I choose?

 

Sounds like they are halogen bulbs that simulate the HID look. Real OEM HID bulbs don't come in any of those sizes. If you had to choose, ask for the 9006, and you can use them in your fog lights.

I was never able to find a halogen bulb that quite matched the HIDs in the headlight, so I opted for a yellow fog bulb.
