WTF, never heard of that in my life - though i am still quite young. If it is true, then its well worth it, even if its not, most you lost is 2.99. Question is, wtf is it - is it safe to put on our cars? Is it only for summertime use? Seems like that is theo nly thnig this person is selling, has 34 reviews of all the same product - maybe a fake? Who knows; it is not that expensive to be a scam.

Come on!
Come on, guys, if such a cheap device can really add 20 horepower don't you think the car manufacturer would install it and sell the car as 290 HP? Quit wasting your money

The "mod" is a simple capacitor. I don't know where it goes, what precisely it does, or what the capacitance is, but caps usually wholesale for no more than a buck apiece. The extra you're paying is the knowledge of what to do w/it. Some people say it works, some say it doesn't. $2.99 is still less than a max bet on the dollar slots in Sin City, and your odds are probably better.
