isnt the type-s kit the same price as the a-spec? nad dont be an assole cunt.

 

it is the same price, but for type-s a-spec front lip, you will need a type-s front bumper. will not work on a 07-08 base bumper.

therefore you have to do a bumper conversion. your budget just went out the window

got $700? get coilovers. i was in your same situation. i had about the same amount to spend and i was deciding between the full aspec lip kit, coils, or atlp exhaust. in the end i went with coilovers and i dont regret it. lip kits arent even that noticeable on dark colored cars and it'd look silly to have a lip kit without a drop. exhaust would be good but im just not into having a loud car. plus the stock type s quad tips look amazing already

 

i agree dont digg the type s front lip, i like the base front lip more cleaner look

 

Surprised no performance mods listed. If you don't already have tint.... I would go;
LED interior lights $40 plus or minus
RV6 J_pipe $450....or maybe PCD's with 18 inch resonator
Rear sway Bar $200 plus or minus.
And the free Navi Hack and OK nag button removal.

#1 All OEM TL body kits are Aspec kits - Base and Type-S
#2 Base kits DO make a difference esthetically over stock - check out the Got NBP photo thread
#3 You dont need to be a dick - Noober wasn't being an "asshole cunt", he was just saying that the Type-S look you seem to want will cost you a lot more than the $700 you have available
