Bringing some life back to this...
Today I installed a dashcam. I've been meaning to do this after seeing nfnsquared's post about almost getting hit by a drunk driver. I got the same dashcam he has, because I like how small and out of the way it is.
Yesterday I removed the side moldings from my car. They were dark and yellow and disgusting, and I didn't like the way they made the car look busy, so I decided they had to go. The smell behind them was quite gnarly - lots of rainwater caught behind them along with old tape.
While installing the dashcam, I realized that my overhead console rattle is due to 3 of the 4 bolts no longer holding the console, because the plastic that they hold down has snapped, I'm guessing due to heat. Because of today's work, the whole console sags more than it used to, and I can't stop looking at it. I'm open to ideas on how to fix that.

Wow, quite the revival.
After crashing my '04 TL almost 4 years ago, I finally moved it from it's resting place out in to the alley to hose it down and take some pictures - It's time to sell it. It was crashed in December 2011 and was covered with road salt and dirt. I'm pretty impressed with how well the paint has held up, this being the first time I've washed it since the accident. (sorry car )
To get to the storage place I drove my '08 TL Type-S over and back, so that was nice.

Keep Right Except to Pass
I'm off work this week, so yesterday I got an oil change, an alignment, and a tire rotation/balancing. It was a bad winter and the alignment probably could have been done sooner, but some of the roads near our house were washboards and were slated for repaving, so I wanted to wait until that was well underway before getting the alignment done. I need to check the tire pressures today because they usually forget the 6MT specifies higher front pressure than rear and they set it incorrectly.
The service advisor was praising my 2004 TL's condition. I kind of don't like it when they do that, though. The car I had before the TL was a 1997 Accord. I had it in for service at 99,026 miles and the guy said the car was in fantastic shape and that I'd easily get 250,000 miles unless I were in an accident. Next day, driving home from work, got rear-ended and insurance declared it a total. So now I'm skittish about that sort of comment!

Got the tires balanced, was getting some annoying vibrations during our road trip this past weekend. Rear left wheel has also been losing air (chromed OEM wheels) so had the shop clean it up best they could and put sealant around the bead. Hopefully this slows down the leak for awhile.
Also got tired of the outside temp reading high all the time (car was already set to a -5* offset) so I moved the sensor down from the factory spot to right behind the lower front left grille. Changed the offset to 0*F and temp readings are spot on. Can't believe Acura chose such a crappy spot to put it.
