my previous car was a 94' toyota celica GT turbo. love that car to death. but had a baby so no more 2dr. but i thought of buying my car back as a toy

 

picked up an 07 TL-s as my everyday car...

Still own an 06 Jeep GC - SRT8

 

I sold my 2004 Audi A4 1.8T CVT and replaced it with a 2007 TL-S.

Everyone I know with an A4 (especially the CVT's) eventually hit troubles both before and after the warranty expired. So I figured, with the 2009's about to be shown publically in a few months and before anything went wrong, it was a good time to move into something more reliable while it was the right season to sell. Though, there are a quite a few times I miss that car while riding in the TL-S.

The TL-S is clearly faster, and has a lot more toys (though I added quite a few to the Audi), but the Audi was at times more fun to drive. Even though it only had 170hp, it was light on it's feet and the CVT was extremely quick in responding to "manual" shifts. I'm still a bit partial to the look of the B6 platform styling too...

Still, telling the TL-S to find me some Chinese food and then dropping most cars into the rearview on the way to get it is definitely good fun!

01 CL---automatic. The 6 speed manual TL is leagues better than the CL in every way.

I had a 2002 TL NBP Type S, man i miss that car, but i like 3gen more, hopefully i can trade soon for the 07TL Type S

 

I drove, and still have a 1996 Camaro SS with a 396 stroker motor and a 150 shot of nitrous. That car is still my baby but it's just too much to drive every day. I also have an 06 Range Rover that my wife drives and I pay for which is a bad deal if I ever head one.

 

Deal could be worse- it could be a Range Rover and a house for an ex-wife.

04 TSX Navi. I definately like the power and the smooth highway ride of the TL better, but the TSX got much better gas mileage and handled the corners like no other car I have driven.
