first off, why would you do anything its a lease.

anyway. ANY bolt ons will work bc they can be taken off. Anything that is OEM will work as well. Anything from comptech aside from a blower would prolly work too.

You can do a ton of stuff, as long as you keep the stock parts to swap back later.

You can do anything you want.

The dealer won't give you any extra cash when your lease is over if you leave the parts on the car, so plan on removing anything you put on if you want to recoop some funds.

Some mods, like the A-Spec Body Kit, are pretty much on for good. (Drillin' holes in your back and front bumper)

if anything, the dealer will CHARGE you to remove and replace the aftermarket parts you put on the car. i wouldn't recommend doing a CAI, as you have to remove the stock intake by drilling the rivets, and i imagine it'll be a PITA to put 'em back in... if you leave the CAI on, the dealer will charge you up the ass.

they won't charge to remove/replace any OEM add-ons, though, as far as i know

"first off, why would you do anything its a lease."

I think it was his opening comment.

He was asking because he wants to make improvements to his TL and would like our opinions as to what would be ok on a lease car.

I think this was a little harsh.

Lets help all of our TL brethren without smart “A” comments to legitimate questions.

Just my opinion.

Just make sure you keep the original parts to the car. That way if you decide to turn the car back in at the end of the lease, you can avoid any possible problems by putting the original equipment back on. As for the body kit, I would hold up on that unless you know that you're gonna keep this car. Just remember to not go all out on the car and only put on aftermarket stuff that can be easily taken off.
