When going to install some Ingall rear camber arms, I found 2 bolts siezed and and going to have to cut them out but I need to order some new ones and don't know what these are called, I believe they are used to adjust tow?



^This is a spare one from another car, same thing, not sure if same size though, either way I need to order 2 of these.

Any help on what exactly this is called, or even better a link to where I can purchase these <3
