I got my TL about a month ago and this was in the trunk. I am been going over the car trying to fit it everywhere and I cannot locate a place. It could be junk from the previous owner. Does it look familiar to you? I don't want to throw it out until I am sure. Thanks.

if you feel inside you can tell it had a different texture as to not scratch your lenses, use mine all the time

 

someone else posted the same question last year I think. Had to laugh b/c for the last 10 years I had no idea what it was either......I found mine (from the day I bought the car) under the driver seat, so I guess that the dealer had no idea either.

 

It fitted like a glove. I am glad I didn't throw it out.
