This week..

We've been pretty lucky here in the Northeast this week! I'm from Massachusetts and I wasn't expecting to apply Zaino to my car atleast until May, but I on Monday I took the opportunity to do so because it was a beautiful 60 degrees in December. WOW!! It was really a pain to apply as most of you know, but it was well worth it! Yes I did the whole process including the dishwashing soap and claybar. Again, well worth the time. I have attached a picture for those interested.

Now here is the bad news. Yesterday (day before my birthday), as I was slowing down turning into a parking lot with my signal indicater blinking left, someone decides to run into me at an angle damaging my passenger rear door!!!! :thefinger Guys I really have nothing to add to this, as I know you can feel my pain.

Happy New Year!!

That hurts!! From what I can see it only (I know, I know) looks like they got the door. Are you going to take it back to the dealer? Where did you buy?

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that. Hope you're not without your TL for long. Good luck with it.

But the Zaino job looked awesome! I'm waiting for spring to do mine (I'm in MA as well). Where did you buy it from?

After looking at it a thousand times, your right. It looks like only the door was hit plus a few minor scrapes. The door opens and closes like it didn't have any mechanical damages at all. Only cosmetic. But I'm not 100% sure.

I will be taking it to the dealer. I purchased it from Acura of Boston. I am just grateful I didn't get rear ended.

I'm still waiting on my TL. Ordered it at Acura of Boston and is due the end of the month. Black over quartz. I'm planning on using Zaino as well. Yours looks great.
Glad you weren't rear ended either and glad you weren't hurt. Look at the bright side (if there is one) at least you've gotten your first scratch out of the way.

marquis- I got my Zaino (Christmas gift from sis) through their website. http://www.zainostore.com I got the Total Protection Kit. I'm glad you enjoyed the pic.

NBP04TL4ME- I keep thinking the same thing. That's what's keeping me from being upset all day.

Thanks you guys for your input and compliments on the Zaino. Hopefully this all gets fixed ASAP.

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear about your accident. I'm sure the shop will get it looking like new for you. I definitely feel your pain.

Ohh, ahh, ouch!

Great Zaino job and sharpe pics. Can't wait to do mine (was playing golf since it was 77 degrees down here today). Ouch on the accident but as others have observed on here it looks like they should be able to simply replace the door panel. I assume that the other guy is paying, right? New door panel please! No bodywork!

Yes, the other party is paying for it. There is no way I am going to have any body work done. New door panel is definitely the way to go. Thanks
