Do 04-06 WDP TL's come with black interior? I'm looking into buying a WDP TL but the only interior i like is the black one. I searched and all i found was WDP TL's with tan interiors. If anyone has any pics of a WDP TL with black interior please post them

 

Have you looked into the grey (taupe? i think that's what its called) interiors? I think they're quite a nice touch in conjunction with the WDP.

 

WDP's with black interior are hard to find and the gray color doesn't look bad. If I couldn't find the black interior I'd go with the gray.

 

when I was looking for a TL I didn't see any white ones with black interior or manual. only beige/auto everywhere. Silver/manual was the next best thing so I got that one.

 

got a wdp/silver interior 6mt. It the the perfect combo for me. Black looks nice but wow does it get how. The dashboards on cars should not be black. Touch it and you could cook an egg on it.

Only 06 - 08 TL comes in WDP with ebony interior. Forget about 04-05.

 

they started doing WDP/ebony in 06.

i definitely think that color combo looks the best, esp if you have tint. its hard to find also.

the autotrader links above are the rarest since ive never seen a WDP/ebony/6MT/Navi combo yet.

 

When i was looking into buying a TL, I wanted the WDP with black interior. I don't think I found one with navi (a must for me). I saw a few online, but either too many mile, or too far from me. It is a very hard combo to come by. I ended up with the taupe interior, and regret not waiting for the ebony to show its face.

If you're not in a rush to buy a car, wait it out, you'll find the one you're looking for.

 

06 + are the only ones that have ebony interior. They are hard to come by like others of said.

That was my first-choice color combo when I leased my 08 - couldn't find it and had to settle for parchment. Hopefully I will have better luck in February finding one when my current lease runs out. I don't think I'll get a light-colored interior again - too hard to keep clean.

 

Yep, '06 was the only pre-mmc year for the TL with that combo... I guess it's a "rarity." When I bought my TL the dealer did a search out of curiosity and there were 5 '06 WDPs remaining within 50 miles, mine was the only with an ebony interior.

 

yeah, WDP with BLK interior was my first choice too. Found 3 but non of them came with NAV, so i decided to get parchment..You'll learn to love it

 

Thanks for the input guys. My other choice is NBP with black interior and that one is pretty much easier to find. I might be getting a car in July or August, so i can still wait for the color combo i want.

 

WDP/ebony/6MT/Nav <- Thats the car i got, saw two looking for over a year in my area.

 

no offense but frankly, parchment sucks. It is impossible to keep clean. the seat will eventually turn blue from jeans. And to top it off you end up getting a two tone dash to leather combo which IMO does not look right.

I would have liked to have gotten a WDP with the black interior, but I found mine with the tan interior for a good deal, so I jumped on that. Black would have been my preference, but I still think the tan interior looks really good. Aside from showing dirt a little bit more, I don't think it wears poorly, and I kinda like the two-tone dash. I would definitely choose it over the taupe (grey) color. Again, I'd rather have black, but I'm not unsatisfied. It's all about personal preference and opinion.

 

Just picked up a 06 / WDP / 6MT / Ebony Int / Navi TL with 50K miles. I had been looking for several weeks and knew that is the exact combo I wanted. Ended up finding a private seller 250+ miles away, and even though it was a little higher mileage than I wanted and the rear bumper has some marks in it, it was a fair price that I couldn't pass up.
