WDP/quartz with Pinstripe
This forum has already been so helpful!
Beware of the "protection package" at the Fort Walton Beach, FL dealership which adds $600 to the price for paint protection (no warranty with it), pinstripe, mudguards, trunk liner, and wheel locks. This is an effort to sell what would cost around $150, and make out with the rest . Also, the pinstripe is essentially a sticker-like tape that easily peels off, Thank God!!! After you take the pinstripe off, use some goo-gone to get the rest of the adhesive off, and you'll have a beautiful car again!
From other postings, I don't think I'm the only one who thinks the pinstripe is brutal.
Did get the wing spoiler and added tint, however, and I love it!

dont forget about moleskin for your tint... you may have issues on your tint scratching later on down the road.

That's where I bought my WDP, way back in February. The "protection package" is pretty much standard issue for dealers, but can be bargained away. I couldn't do too much, but I got it down to the wholesale cost of the mudguards and trunk tray. They know they have a lock on the area, the closest dealers being about 100 miles away in Panama City or Mobile.
And I also removed my pinstripe. I couldn't believe how much better it looked without it.

Congrads,
That's the same combo I have with the kit and lip spoiler instead. It's a color combo that is not too common but will be easy to upkeep. Have fun and happy motoring.

I just bought the white diamond too, w/body guards and lid spoiler...
going tomorrow to have the ResistALL paint and leather protectant and lid spoiler put on.
I know soo many posts are against the paint protector packages, but I leaning toward thinking mine is all right, allthough probably quite profitable for the dealer. I've been debating to cancel, but I think I won't.
