Hope this doesn't seem redundant, but I can't resist....

Yesterday my man was driving the TL (me, the passenger) as we pulled into the "beer store" parking lot; very surprisingly, we were the only car.

As he gets out of the car, an older gentleman pulls into the lot and stops him by the TL. The older gent says, "Hey man....what color is that car? That is beautiful..." Then he goes on to say that he was just passing by and saw us pull into the lot; and said to himself, "I gotta pull in there and check out that car!".

I was flattered.

Especially being that TL's in my community are becoming as frequent to see as an Accord...and I'm sure it's not too often that a TL will come before 'beer and man'. LOL.

It is a good color... or absence of color!!

I have never been a 'white car' kind of guy... but the WDP does look very good on this car....

I bet your tints do look nice.... I would have considered but our local police will hunt you down like a murderer for having tints.

 

gotta love the WDP, was never a white car kind of guy and than when i saw the WDP i knew i had to have it, so i bought it. actually i think all the colors look really nice on the TL except for silver. maybe its just me but im not a fan of it. my other choice was the reddish maroon, when i see K shawns car i drool.

 

I get the same thing lately. People really like WDP.

 

I agree. 20% and freshly zainoed.

 

I have to admit that I am a bit envious, though; I do like the tints and wish I had the chrome emblems instead of the gold.

I was in Kelowna this past weekend for my daughters wedding and I was in a gas station car wash washing it off and drying it when a guy in a white Vette convert pulled in and was passing by .. he stopped and backed up and got out and asked what kind of car/paint it was. He pulled in closer and said to his wife ... "The color kind of makes ours look like sh!t doesn't it."


I felt rather good
