THere's team NIghthawk & team anthracite...we can't call the WDP owners Team white....It just sounds awful...so to all the WDP owners like myself..what do you think about WDP CREW?

 

I like the idea, but wdp needs something with some more sophistication to it. WDP consortium, or syndicate, or cartel... DeBeers (the diamond people) is a cartel, isn't it?

 

I'm in. How about "Team White Diamond". The "pearl" makes it kind of long but adding the diamond takes the edge off of just "white".

 

Statistically, there's only 6 of you honkies in here. So just call yourselves "White Trash". Or maybe the "WDP Klan". Or perhaps "The WASPS". Oh, how about "The Whitey Bunch"?

Sign me up. BTW, this is my 2nd TL in WDP/parchment. I think this color more than all the others makes the TL look richer. Besides, its cool in the heat, highly visible at night, and easy to keep clean.

I am thinking the only reason anyone would go white or black is because the local dealer was sold out of the metalic colors of grey or anthracite.

(Sorry, Just had to say it and get in a shot from a greyback! )

Have seen a couple blacks ones, but never white, and want to keep it that way.

Have you noticed any "seat of the pants" differences in your K/N filter change?
I normally use Amsoil filters exclusively as I feel they are better filters.
The air flow is almost the same, but the Amsoil fillter has much more capacity.

As Amsoil does not make a filter for our TL's yet I am researching other filters as well as "cold air systems" . The only problem with some of these as the air intake is
right around the bumper making water intrusion when fording water in a flooded road a
real problem. I have a friend who had a 7 series Bimmer who went thru a flooded
street. This was a stock car. The air intake sucked water into the engine and
it was toasted. The Bimmer was almost new and BMW refused to fix the engine, as
they thought he was trying to ford the Detroit river. It was just a plugged drain in his street. So I am seriously looking into better air induction systems that are OK with
Acura. A chip would would be goodl
I willl chang the entire car to synthetic after about 1-2K . Amsoil of course.
