I've got an Anthracite 05 5AT that I'm thinking of trading in on an 06 6MT. I'd like to get a WDP but when I check Acura's website they don't show the 6MT as being available in WDP. Is this new for 06 or has it been the case all along?

Just did a build on the site WDP/6MT/Navi - It's available

 

Man that's strange. My wife watched me three times earlier this morning try to build a WDP 6MT and the color wouldn't show up..... The page may have been messed up or something....or maybe the bong resin is just getting to me

You were probably trying to build a WDP with high performance tires. That combo is not available.

I guarantee it's available, I bought one 3 weeks ago!

I had to order it though because I also wanted the Navi and parchmant interior, nothing else. I only found one with this combo in Denver (if I remember correctly) when I purchased the car. I figured it would be easier and safer to order one than get the Denver car shipped.

It took 3 months for the build. However, the dealer waited a month to order, he tried to steal an allotment from someone else.

 

When I went to get my car in May 05 I originally wanted WDP/6MT/Parch/Navi, the dealer checked NJ, NY, and CT, there were none to be found. He said he would have to order it from the factory which would take about 3 months. The only other 6MT/Navi's around in the tri state area were NBP/Parch, NBP/Ebony, and SSM/Ebony......I opted for the NBP/Parch. I love the black and it was my 1st then 2nd then 1st etc. choice. When I was not able to get the WDP it became my 1st choice. Till this day I still love the WDP, but I also have no complaints about mine, I love it.

 

two dealers in pittsburgh told me that the wdp/6mt/navi is the rarest tl made, no matter what interior color. i searched for months trying to find one. i was looking for the best price. ordering brand new for a build was not really an option of mine. so i continued my search. i found an 04 wdp/6mt/navi on autotrader down in miami but the thing already had like 60,000 miles on it and they still wanted $28,000. i finally convinced myself to forget about the navi, cuase i really dont need it all that bad, its just a nice optionto have. long story short, i found a my wdp/6mt/grey interior with the aspec package already installed for 29,500. it was absolutely perfect with only 8,000 miles on it. i couldnt pass it up. after thinking about it, id rather go by a portable navigation anyways so i can take it in whichever car i decide to drive that day.

 

I've had my heart set on WDP/6MT/Parch/Navi as well, but as of this weekend, there are none anywhere!!! WHAT is the deal??!!!

 

I know of 2 6spd WDP ebony 06's still on the lot in Jersey...
