Is water/fuel separator kit worth it?

I noticed these new filter kits that separate the water from the fuel. I want to know from all you guys if you have heard of these or use them and if they do anything. I found these on carid.com. Or are these just a waste of money. Thanks in advance.

For gasoline engines there is very little need for a water/fuel separator, especially if you live in an area where E10 fuel is sold. The thing about E10 is the alcohol (ethanol) has a chemical latch to bond with any water in the fuel system and pass it through, bit-by-tiny-bit to the engine; this effectively "drys" the fuel system on a continuous basis.
