Unhappy watching a tl be messed up..

ok so i went to my friends party. so all of them were under the influence.

we all decide to leave and my friend starts his 2nd gen TL, and gets out.

its a pretty windy day so the door BLEW the door closed and the car locks itself

so they're all locked out of the car... i see them using all sorts of tools to pry the window

i see them using screwdrivers and dirt shovels.... it made me sad cuz my TL was just right by it.

it took em 40 hours to finally get it unlocked. They grabbed the window and all just pulled as hard as they could until someone could reach their hand in and unlock it..

i was so scared to stand by this TL cuz it just made me think, what if it was my TL...

just wanted to share the story. it was a sad sight to see them messing up the TL.

That or the police...oh wait...they were under the influence... j/k

Yea, its pretty disheartening to see how some people treat their cars.

As long as it's not my car I could care a less. I would have suggested they smash the window. Would have been faster and not too hard to fix. Sounds like they may have done some body damage.

keep a wallet key in your wallet (3 dollars), takes all of 30 seconds to take out and use! Problem solved.

wtf.. It's probably for the best.. that extra 40 mins probably sober'd them up a little + hopefully they'll learn their lesson.. probably not with retards like those.

This isn't nearly as bad as the member who punched & broke his navi after a night of drinking.

And you would be highly upset when you found out that the little back door window is the most expensive piece of glass on the car....you would be better off breaking the driver's side window...but why not call a locksmith if you don't have AAA a pay the $100 unlock fee...much cheaper!!!!

Just so you guys know, the police cant help unlock a car window unless its an emergency situation, such as a baby locked in the car. Some might but most wont.
