warranty question --> eye soar
hey guys, i was cleaning my car today ... when i was cleaning the inside, i noticed that my rpm gauge lens was scratched ... i had never cleaned that part before and decided to today ... will that be covered under warranty ... because im pretty sure i dint scratch it ... im very delicate with my car ...
will i have to fight? or do you think i just take it in and say that it was scratched and i want it replaced under warranty?

read the warranty part of your owner book and see
Is it more hassle for them to remove how many parts and make possible rattles
or better to try a little plastic polish in it
Those of us with older cars have to polish the headlight covers so we can keep seeing!

you are wasting your time if you really think they will replace it under warranty. now if you had a gauge cluster issue, and when you got the car back it was scratched, then you would have a warranty case. use some common sense
