warranty

If the intake uses a non-stock air filter, such as a "low flow resistance" type, there could POTENTIALLY be a warrany effect. If you had a warranty claim related to engine wear that was traceable to dirt in the system, you might have a problem with the claim. But this is kind of a longshot.
As for the springs, another longshot. But if your new springs firm up the ride and some component fails because of that, or maybe even you want a lot of rattles and squeaks fixed, they might give you a problem over it. Basically, the non-stock part has to be the direct source of the problem or component failure. (Supposedly, the dealer would have to "prove" that, but in reality all they have to do is tell you Acura isn't paying for it, and then it's your problem.) But then again, if you could show your springs are equivalent to the A-Spec springs, you might be OK. Warranty claims can't be denied solely because you used aftermarket parts. But they can be denied if those parts caused a problem.
