I was honestly expecting something far worse when I read some of the comments, but after looking at the car, all things considered, I must say its not all THAT bad. I was expecting a purple car with yellow flames all over it or something.
If I had to have flames on my car, this wouldn't be a bad option. Just saying, all things considered.

actually besides the bad flame job this car is not that bad-They do not CPO the paint job just the engine and other components that make the car run.

I think it has potential too.
Difference rims are needed, - black chrome, or matte black.
Black out the windows, looks like they have tint on back, can't tell on front.
Lower it of course.
Black out the grill and tail lights.
