Want to clear tl-s headlights but oven not big enough ideas??

Want to clear tl-s headlights but oven not big enough ideas??

Hey after taking off the bumper and taking off both headlights, i realize my oven wasnt big enough for the tl headlights which are HUGE when they are off a car. Anyone have any ideas another way i can clear them??

I used a heat gun to open mine. You have to be very careful with this though and keep the gun moving constantly. It will melt plastic in a matter of seconds and then you have an even bigger problem. I have done it both ways, oven and gun, and I prefer the gun because I have more control of what gets heated and it is much faster.

wear a glove if you are using a heat gun.

I've heard it can be done with a regular hair dryer too. It takes longer, but you won't risk melting your headlights like a heat gun would.
