I say the best way to tell, is just check the VIN number for a UA7 or a UA6.

UA7 = TL-S
UA6 = Base

Yeah to be even more shady it's forsale at a ford dealership! On the legend I just put 5k in upgrades in the car including a new engine for more power! It's a 2000 RL 3.5 with little mileage! The car is really fast. I was the second owner bought her in 01 with around 50k and babies her to 150k original on the odometer now. I don't want to sell but we will see. I will keep you guts updated. Thanks for the help and hope I will be part of the community soon.
