VSA had mind of it own

Hello everyone, I am new to the board although I have been lurking for a few weeks. I recently bought an 04TL SS auto non-navi and am thrilled with the car despite some teething problems. I have learned some great information on the board so I thought I'd give a little back.

I noticed that the VSA on and the VSA off indicator were both illuminating a few days after I picked up the car. In addition, if you were moving when the failure occurred the right front brake would apply to the ABS limit for about a second before the fail safe shut down the VSA. Needless to say this was scary, and the faster you were going the harder the car would jerk to the right. I took the car in and after 3 days got it back with the explanation they had "reloaded the software". Within a few hours I got the same problem so I took it back. This time they said the 2 axis yaw sensor had faulted and 4 days later and about 100 miles on the odometer I got the car back. It has been 3 days now and no repeat so I am no longer driving with a death grip on the wheel Other than this isolated problem I love the car, it is a joy to drive.
