voice command - outside temperature

One time I got the navigation system to respond with the outside temperature---I think. Since then I have not been able to find the correct command.

Does anyone know if the navigation system can respond with the outside temperature? If so, what is the command.

Thanks

Stupid question, but did you look in the "Navi" manual. I read in another thread that all of the available commands are listed in there...some in the back. In all the threads of undocumented commands I've seen, so far there weren't any.

It's on your MID in the dash.

jsw, there you go ... dreaming about driving your new 04TL in your sleep again!

Seriously, I don't know about a Navi temperature response - and I suspect that there isn't one. Here's my rational that you can take pot-shots at:

The 04TL's outside temperature sensor goes to the MID. I haven't seen any information that is available on the MID that also is being read by the Navi. It's possible that they might not even be on the same data bus in the car. They could chat with each other, but that would require extra software, and possibly hardware.

The only thing that I have seen that indicates that there might be some kind of data connection is the "nonexistant on the 04TL" Trip Computer display that the Navi is capable of if you load the Accord Navigation OS instead of the 04TL Navigation OS. There's supposed to be an Instantaneous MPG value available, which means that fuel flow is available to the Navi.

My guess: Your command accidently ended up setting the passenger's Climate Control temperature, and then you heard the "Passenger Temperature 74 Degrees" response back from the Navi system.
