I have some friends looking at an 05TL. I'm guessing that I corrupted them.

I did a search through the forums, and didn't find an answer. So, I'll throw it out to all the knowledgable folks out there.

Is there any way to look at the VIN of an 05TL to determine if it has a Navi installed?

No, all the vin tells you that you might want to know if it is 5AT or 6MT, and you can use the last six digits to get a fair idea of when it was made. Also if it is US or Canadian model, the model year, and if it has high performance tires.
