Vibration on highway

Vibration on highway
Hi Folks:
I have an 04 TL with 6 speed manual. 284k miles.
I and my independent shop have not been able to solve a mild vibration at highway speeds, most noticeable at 50-60mph, but also present above this speed. It comes and goes. Sometimes, it is more pronounced under acceleration, sometimes not. It can be felt from the wheel and the seat. There are no accompanying noises except things like my visor vibrating along with the rest of the car.
I have done the following, in this order:
Rebalanced wheels-no change
Replaced rear bushings (torn-this caused a lower speed vibration, similar to a flat spotted tire, but since replacement, no such low speed vibration.
Replaced both axles-no change, or even slightly worse.
Replaced one bent wheel, and new tires, balanced-modestly less vibration.
Replaced intermediate shaft and rebalanced tires-minor improvement.
Engine runs like a top-definitely not missing.
Again, vibration comes and goes-maybe 50% of the time it's there, and the other 50% it.s not. I almost forget about it or think "it's not that bad", but minutes later in the trip, I am saying-jeez, I want to get this vibration corrected. Makes the car feel older that it is. My wife's 04 Silverado, and the 06 Civic I drove during repairs ride better.
Thoughts?
Thanks

With it being a 6spd, do you notice it while coasting in Neutral on the highway? If no, the issue is a bearing for output shaft:

Just curious,
Is 'output shaft' another word for:
Out board CV Joint(s)?
Intermediate shaft? OP states that this was replaced.
Differential carrier bearing?
Anything else?

Scotty Kilmer repped a device that has you wear headphones and place microphones in places that you sense may be vibrating. You go for a ride and click between the microphones to hear where the noise is the loudest.

Are all the engine / transmission mounts original to the car? 284K would be high for original mounts.

I am confused on the engine mounts. I see a left, rear center, and right mount. I also see a shock\damper connecting somewhere on the driveline to the frame-near the center mount. On a manual, is that all the mounts? Anyone had to replace the damper-what symptoms were present prior to replacement?

There is a front, a rear, and a passenger engine mount. There "should" be a damper on the rear as well. Then I think there are a couple of transmission mounts. I have only replaced the passenger side mount once and probably need to do it again. I am also curious about the damper. I have not done any of the parts replacing yet like you have. But with the age of my car and the feel of the engine moving more than I remember, guessing mounts are one of the next items I need to investigate as well.
I have similar behavior on my '05 at times. Silky smooth the majority of the time, but every once in a while there is a very slight shimmy/shake that just annoys the crap outta me. I know for sure I have two mildly tweaked rims that don't help. This symptom happens no matter if I have my summer or winter wheels on so it isn't just the rims causing mine.

It's something to consider; however, if you have been working with an independent shop to remedy the vibration, had they noticed failing motor mounts, they probably would have brought it up. You may want to revisit that.
With 284K and no papers to indicate past maintenance, it's going to be difficult to diagnose; especially if nothing is standing out like a 'sore thumb'.
Don't forget #22, 23 & 26; Rubber, Front Transmission Mounting,Rubber, Rear Transmission Mounting (Mt) and Rubber, Transmission Mounting (Upper).
I replaced the mounts and dampers on my CL-S6 at about 105K. The side and front needed it the most, as they, IIRC'ly where showing cracks and leaking. They have a harder time then most because of the S/C'er. The rear was still good.

Well, after living with the vibration for about a year, the vibration symptoms had become:
Nearly constant between 55-75, with 65 being the most pronounced. It virtually disappeared when no load on engine, but immediately reappeared when throttle applied.
Different shop (not a Honda\Acura specialist-btw), they advised that the driver's side axel had play, and replaced it. Vibration is virtually gone!
What little remains, occurs at random speeds, and is hardly noticeable. It is quite acceptable.
The first shop claims that they replaced this same axel when trying to banish the vibration. I have to suspect they are using a low quality unit. I did not go OEM, but so far, so good. Car now has 304k

Shaking/vibration when driving
I have a 2006 acura tl. Got into an accident, truck hit the passenger side and rode along the whole side. I inspected it the next day, other than a busted headlight, bent fender, caved in doors (surprisingly it opens from the inside with little force) and real damage to the front passenger suspension.
This is what I 've done so far. Replaced the fender, spindle, shock/strut, upper control arm, and wheel all due to bents cracks and other serious damage. Realigned wheels myself to make it drivable, still need to take it to a shop for a proper realignment.
Motor/transmission run fine. Now when i drive, it feels like I'm going over bumps/pot holes or vibrations when i know I'm not. If i drive slow i won't feel it but as i increase in speed it will intensify. It comes and goes randomly, when i turn sometimes i feel a pop, like a kind of pop that something comes out/comes back in place.
Is there anything i should inspect or look for that May be causing this problem. Thank you in advance.

its been quite some time since i posted here but i thought i would just add that TL driveshafts are pretty crap, they can go pre maturely even on stock TLs, i replaced them both once then the bent again, after all my mods i finally upgraded them to a 500whp rated one and no issues since. She is still driving fantastic, better than new when i picked her up at the dealer in 2007......
