that ad was hard to read. doesn't matter what the guy says. seats and a badge don't make it a type-s. hopefully whoever decides to purchase it does their homework.

I just don't understand why everyone gets so bent out of shape over stuff like this. The price is low, he's not trying to hide the fact it's got a salvage title, nor is he trying to pass it off as some "rare" model and technically, the '04-06 6MT's are referred to by Acura as "Sport" models, so it's really a matter of semantics.

I'd feel different if he was selling an '07-08 3.2 base with S wheels, seats and badges and advertising that as a "Type S with a 3.5".
