I tried AT&T site to check V600 price as some people have it. Wasn't there. That would be the best comparison.

"Be one of the first 710 people to purchase a Motorola v710 handset and register your purchase online at http://www.motorola.com/shop/v710registration, after receiving official notification from Motorola that registration has begun, and receive a FREE Bluetooth® device of your choice: Motorola hands-free Bluetooth® headset HS810 (ARV $119.99) or Bluetooth® Portable Wireless Speaker HF800 (ARV $119.99). Offer expires July 10, 2004 or while the first 710 offer packages last."
Is the July 10th timeframe a hint?

I stopped in at my local V wireless store this afternoon to ask about it. The guy said that they Verizon usually posts new products on the web site before releasing information to employees.....kind of a strange way of keeping your workers "in the know". At any rate....he said he had no info on a release date....but he DID know it was coming.
And the July 10 cut-off date in the "prize" offer for quick registration DOES make things sound intriguing, yes??

I went to that link on Motorola's site and I don't see any reference to the V710. Perhaps they took it down? In any case, I'm going to be really interested to see what the battery life on this phone is like. I'm hanging on to my StarTac hoping it lasts until this new phone comes out. I've been noticing that some of the newer, fancier color phones have pretty unimpressive battery life (i.e. talktime) numbers. The T730 I just bought for my girlfriend is only something like 150 minutes. If they use the same battery, it's probably going to be a lot less with a bluetooth radio running at the same time.
