Varying Quality of Honda MTF
Hey you guys,
I've been using the Honda MTF in my '04 TL since I'm not completely sold on the GMFSM virtues (I tried it once). The original fill from Honda was fine for about 5K miles. The fill of GMFSM was just OK, then the next fill of H-MTF was outstanding (the Tranny was super smooth). However, the latest fill of H-MTF is just so-so. Has anyone noticed inconsistent quality with the Honda MTF?
Thanks,
TL-Rocket

I think its the cold weather that is affecting performance.
Honda MTF doesn't work well in cold temps, especially in New England weather.
I'd try some Redline MTL if its avaliable locally.
