USR shipping

Well ive been trying to contact USR for some sidemarkers, But no one seems to respond. Do these guys ship to canada? I tried to get a cost for shipping on their shipping calculator but only the states pops up.

I'm pretty sure they are fishcake321 on eBay and they offer shipping to Canada.
