Urgent: Need to know about tint...

many of you have Metallized tint on your TL. do you have (or don't have) any issues with AM radio?

i forgot to mention, i do not have Navi, i'm just worried about AM.

i'm getting Solargard HP series tomorrow.

well it can interfere with the Navi too...
unless of course you don't have Navi

I went with ceramic (F1 Pinnacle) just to be on the safe side, if that being the case with you why not check out their NR (non-reflective) line vs HP (metalized) line. If you're looking for solar enery reflection the go with the HP (36-62% vs 14-43%). BTW, this info is from their website. Solargard Automotive Film

their NR line is a dyed film, which will fade over time. i'm just wondering if the film itself shorts out the window antenna and that's why AM is gone? if that's the case then i can perhaps uses a clear nailpolish to coat the antenna lines before film goes on.
