Upgrading To 3rd Gen TL.

There has only been a few times since I have been in the 3rd gen TL forum. I have a 2nd gen TL-S right now. I am looking at a '05 or maybe '06 TL to upgrade. But it's not easy trying to find a black/black TL. I am seeing several TL's out there without navi that meets my need.
How much work is involved if I buy a non-navi TL and install a navi unit from Ebay or other resources? Is the wiring already there?
I have seen a few videos where someone has installed a touch screen display with Microsoft Window which can do video's, audio, nav, etc. That would be cool if I can go that route under 1K involved.

Suggestions?
Thanks!

There is a full Navigation unit (OEM) with wiring harnesses for $1400 on eBay and extra $200 for installation if you go to NY.

If you can find a Navi for the right price get it, but if you don't need/want the Navi then try to get the cleanest, low mileage TL you can find.

get the car with navi, its not worth the hassle to install it IMO ... ur in the market now, so dont make the mistake of not getting the car with navi, if you already had the car and were thinking of trading for a car with nav then it would be a different story

Make sure you wait it out until you find one with navi already installed.
