Under Body Spoiler Question

I have a '07 TL which I am looking to install the under body spoiler package on. It currently has the splash guards installed and I was wondering if they will have to be removed if I get the side and rear spoilers?

And guessing that they will not fit once the spoilers have been installed?

wait hold on.....ur gonna leave the splash guards on instead of putting the body kit on in the rear? hmm....id laugh at the car if i saw it rolling like that..sorrry. also if ur not going to put the whole kit on dont even bother putting the front on just leave it. the body kit looks a hell of a lot better than the guards IMO and it collects a lot less garbage in the wheel well as opposed to the splash guards.

I was able to get my dealer down to $270 for the front spoiler. I told them about the price that I had been quoted by John Eagle Acura and they came within $15 and I dont have to pay the $40 shipping to get it from John Eagle.
